Clarity protects you and us. J.M.L Construction LLC holds a Georgia contractor license as proof of qualification — but we provide professional consulting services only. All construction is performed by separate licensed contractors who contract directly with you, the owner.

  • Lend money or broker loans

We hold a Georgia contractor license — so you know we’re qualified to judge the work — but we never use it to build. We serve strictly as your consultant and agent, never contractually at risk for the performance or cost of construction. That independence is the point: our only stake is your outcome.

J.M.L Construction LLC was founded by Dr. Justin M. Lee, Sr. after years spent on the building side of the industry. We moved to the owner’s side — bringing a builder’s instincts for where projects lose money, time, and quality.

That experience is now exclusively in your corner. We know how contractors price, how schedules slip, and how soft costs get overlooked — because we’ve lived it. Today we use that knowledge solely as consultants and owner’s representatives.
